Detoxification Programs

Jumping-out-of-skinWHY THE NEED TO DETOXIFY ?

There’s not a single person that doesn’t have a need to detoxify.

Detoxification is a process of systematically cleansing the body, right down to the cellular level.

We live in a toxic environment – the food, air and water we drink today is no longer clean. Detox is therefore a matter of health and vitality. The average person contains between 90-250 known environmental, agricultural and heavy metal toxins. These pollutants are responsible for many escalating health problems – Candida, Chronic Fatigue, Adrenal burnout, Autoimmune diseases and Hypothyroidism, Obesity, Infertility, Stroke. Parasites and candida cause digestive problems such as food allergies/ intolerances, irritable bowel, bloating and constipation. Exposure to household and industrial chemicals may lead to infertility, hormonal imbalances, headaches or cancer.

Our integrated detoxification programs are designed to:

  • Remove toxins via dietary and lifestyle changes
  • Remove bad bacteria, candida, parasites and wastes from your digestive system
  • Renew your digestive tract and promote healthy gut bacteria
  • Improve your digestion
  • Release body toxins
  • Renew your energy and promote a sense of well being.
  • Improve your immune system

Once you have had your initial consultation and assessment, certain tests may be recommended, and a specific program will be designed for you. Herbal and nutritional supplements will be tailored for your specific health issues and goals, and dietary guidelines provided for you to follow. We may also recommend lymphatic drainage or herbal sauna to support and enhance your detoxification channels. Your progress will be carefully monitored by our Naturopath and following on from your detox program, we will tailor a maintenance program to keep you feeling vital and well.

Why wait till the New Year to detox?
